



Catherine is a highly qualified registered psychologist providing evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment for individuals aged 16+ with a range of concerns. She predominately uses Cognitive Behavioural and Schema Therapy with her clients, she also integrates other evidence based therapeutic modalities. My approach is tailored to each client, recognising that every person’s experiences and needs are unique. Therapy and assessment services are designed to help you gain greater understanding, develop practical strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Catherine’s has undertaken specialist training in schema therapy, neurodiversity, women’s health and trauma. Her psychology experience is in private practice setting, providing therapy to individuals 16+ presenting with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjusting, parenting and work related stress. Catherine has professional supervision, to provide ongoing evidence based therapy for clients. Her work is grounded in creating a calm, inclusive and affirming space where people of all genders, sexual orientations and identities — including LGBTQIA+ individuals — feel welcomed, respected and understood.
In addition to her clinical training, Catherine bring over 25 years of experience as a senior human resource professional across industries including fire and rescue services, retail, health, construction, and resources sector. This background gives me a deep understanding of mental health in organisational settings, workplace dynamics, leadership, burnout, and organisational pressures, and allows me to support clients navigating career challenges, professional identity, and work-related transitions with both psychological insight and practical understanding.
